Mobilya ve beyaz eşyaları yeni olan bu dairenin hemen yanındaki alt geçit kullanıldığında sahile ve kordona yürüme süresi 6 dakikanın altındadır. Yerleşim yeri olarak Akçay'ın en nezih birkaç bölgesinden birisi olarak bilinir. Sadece Aile olan rezervasyonlari kabul ediyoruz. Güre, Altınoluk, Kaz dağlarına araç ile 5 -10 dakika, Edremit havalimanına 15 dakikadır. Minibüs yolu sadece bir alt caddeden geçmektedir. Içerde sigara içilmez.

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains and is 3 km from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest view in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, seating area (3 seater sofa bed), open kitchen and balcony, and 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One room has a double bed and the other has 2x single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.
