Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. A newly renovated 18th century house but with all the comforts. A home in a nice rural setting with nature and agriculture around the corner. The city of Karlstad is close for shopping, culture and entertainment, including the Lars Lerin watercolor museum, boat bus on the river, the park Mariebergsskogen with animals and experiences that are very much liked by families with small children. About 1 km from the property there is an ice cream cafe. Beaches, hiking trails and the blueberry forest are outside the door.

Welcome to stay in your own apartment here at the manor from 1893 Here you live close to nature with bike trails and a stone's throw from Norsälven where you can fish, salmon, trout and pike-perch. More information about what to do in beautiful Värmland can be found at Visit Värmland. If you want a little pulse, Karlstad city center is only a 15 minute drive away with restaurants and shopping. Coop grocery store is 8 minutes away by car. Bikes are available. Note the railway goes directly outside, however, it is a bit busy.
