Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

So there will be sounds of other people, but generally we are very calm. Very suitable for people that like to go out for walks and like silence.

"Goudgenog" is een historische bovenwoning uit 1631, in 2023 gerenoveerd waarbij authentieke kenmerken zoveel mogelijk behouden zijn en toch voorzien van veel luxe.
