Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Eext

We have stayed in this beautiful and spacious cottage for the second time. Anything you need is present. The location is perfect. You can enjoy hiking and/or cycling in the area. We walked the 4-day hike from Exloo and from Valthe, which was easy to reach. Kim is a nice hostess who is attentive and helpful.

We enjoyed it very much overall. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

This was the most beautiful spot we have stayed at. The location and surrounding were so peaceful. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos.

Our stay at Eva's was all around beautiful! The accommodation was furnished with love and really cozy. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes, and to the train station in 15 minutes. We felt very comfortable!

The house is stunning, equipped, kitchen, rooms, all the facilities are of a high standard. Very suitable for family. The area is quiet and green, birds chirping, a real pleasure for nature lovers. The hosts are available for any questions, help, and recommendations at an exceptional level.

We spend a wonderful weekend there with friends. The location is lovely and quiet, but close to lots of activities in the area. Perfect place to stay, we'll definitely come here again.

We were with a group of friends of 10 and had a lovely stay at Aleida and Rick's AirBnB. It had enough space, plenty of showers and toilets and each room had its own sink. The place was large yet homely. Highly recommended if you want to explore Friesland with a group! Very nice host too, smooth contact and very nice thinking along. Despite the changeable weather, we really had a great weekend here!

We had a very nice stay. It looked clean and fresh, and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything we needed was present. There was a high chair and camp bed ready, which was ideal. We were allowed to check in earlier so our son could do hisafternoon nap, and also check out later because guests didn't come back until the next day. Marion and Sietse thought well with us and gave tips for kid-friendly restaurants around. All in all, a great place and relaxed hosts.

The Blue House is really something very special. Mieke and Arnold have decorated it very nicely and it is perfectly equipped! I immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much! If I ever come back to Giethoorn, I will definitely want to stay here again 🥰

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. Great place to stay for 1 or 2 people. The ‘tuinhuis’ has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The place is jus a short stroll from the beautiful old inner city of Groningen, but the neighborhood itself is quite worthwhile as well.

Beautiful and clean Airbnb. Anything you need is present. Communication with Yvonne is great, she responds quickly. You have your own entrance and garden, and a lot of privacy.

We greatly enjoyed this stay. It is a beautiful cottage with fantastic views. Breakfast is perfect. Furthermore, we have also experienced the contact with Jitske as very pleasant. Tips: enjoy the bubbles in the jacuzzi, rent bikes to explore the area and take a walk through the Barefoot Path! We will definitely come back 😇

Ideal place as a starting point to explore Assen! The airbnb is spacious, clean and quiet. Good value for money. The center of Assen is within walking distance +/-15min. The asserbos is in the backyard and there are plenty of activities in the area.

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

Jannie and Arnold were great hosts, Arnold met us when we drove in and showed us the house. They gave us tips for restaurants in the area and supplied is with everything we needed for our night stay. The place is beautiful and peaceful, 10 minutes drive from Groningen. Would recommend for a peaceful weekend away.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Christel’s place; she and her husband are very kind people; they responded quickly to all our requests and were very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the quietness of the area. It is definitely a place we are recommending!
