Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the villa of hosts Roberto and Laura. The result of a skillful renovation in a rustic/contemporary key, it combines designer furnishings, antique wood and steel. Located in Val di Fiemme, in Località Calvello in the municipality of Ville di Fiemme, surrounded by nature, ideal for lovers of peace, tranquility and walks. The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

The holiday apartment "Talhaus - Rita" in Ponte Nova/Birchabruck has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a mountain view. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Do you want to have an incredible experience immersed in the Dolomites of the Pale di San Martino and in nature? Romantic days? If you answered "yes," you've come to the right place! Located in the middle of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the property is a cabin located at 1820 m in a very panoramic, sunny and isolated position! You can walk to it in 10 minutes. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT will be done with my 4x4.

My property is near great views (mountains), Obereggen (Ski+/hikingcenter Latemar 1km) Hiking trails (directly in front of the house) in the UNESCO world cultural heritage Dolomites. You'll love my property because of the fantastic nature. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), skiing, hiker, motor-biker, groups and furry friends (+pet 10,-/night and each pet). Only 20 min. away from Bolzano.
