Leider nehmen wir aus diesem Grund während des Oktoberfestes nur kleine Familien bzw Pärchen auf. Unsere charmante und gemütliche Wohnung bietet eine moderne Einrichtung mit stilvollen Details - sie ist der perfekte Ort, um München und seine Umgebung zu erkunden. Von Maisach ist man mit der Bahn in 25 Minuten im Zentrum von München.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Welcome to our granny apartment in Oberschweinbach. It is an independent 80 m² apartment with a private garden and views of a beautifully landscaped pond. A large playground is very close. Mammendorf train station is 3.5 km away. From there you can get to Munich by S-Bahn and regional train and also to Augsburg. The bus stop is located opposite the apartment. The apartment is suitable for individuals as well as families.
