Really cozy two-room apartment. Good double elevation bed, with separate mattresses. Small staircase up to the bedroom, which has a low ceiling but is super cosy, good cupboard space. There is underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine in the kitchen and shared tumble dryer in the basement. Good, well-furnished living room with television, large TV package, internet. Super good location close to the centre, marina, cafes and good shopping opportunities etc

You can relax in the house's hot tub or enjoy the sun on one of the house's terraces or on a blanket in the untouched garden. In the large living room, you can play on the professional pool table or relax with a movie/series on the 65" SmartTV. It is 7-8 minutes by car to a small sandy beach at Hesteskoen.

The apartment is located in the heart of Aalborg with only a 5-minute walk to shopping, cafes, the harbor and not least Jomfru Ane street, if you would like to have a beer or two. Parking is available in the parking garage just around the corner. Alternatively, there is free parking 24 hours a day at Saxogade or the harbor (about 5-10 minutes on foot from the apartment). Note: Do not use the fireplace. It's just for decoration.

Our garden can be used by young and old - There is a garden house with a barbecue area, a play area, and many opportunities to enjoy and have fun outdoors. If you come by bicycle or motorcycle, there is an option to arrange secure parking.
