My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!

Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Apartment on the edge of the forest overlooking the Zugspitze

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The apartment is 26 square meters, is on the first floor and is for rent for 1 person (maximum 2). It is equipped with a new kitchen, smart TV, and a 1.40 m bed. It is located 35 km south of Munich, 13 km from Lake Starnberg and 19 km from the scenic town of Bad Tölz. The beautiful Isar meadows are a few minutes' walk. Supermarket in 1 minute by car. Well-developed cycling networks are also provided. In the neighboring village there is an S-Bahn connection to Munich.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Bright apartment with front garden

Only for 1 or 2 persons (included children) 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!
