Nice, small room with everything you need for a short trip. Friendly hostess. By bike you can quickly get to the old town or the North Sea. We were also able to rent bikes directly at the property.

Linda‘s place is a really nice apartment. In the inner circle of Alkmaar‘s old town but quiet though. Situated at a lovely Chanel where people sit outside and where there is a very special atmosphere in the evening when the sun goes down. The apartment is as described and we liked it a lot. There is a lift to the third floor which is of great help for people that struggle with stairs. Communication was easy and proactive. I can highly recommend this place.

We had a few wonderful days in the cozy and lovingly furnished apartment. The view of the dunes in the morning is great and the beach is very close on foot. Everything was clean and tidy and the check-in and communication were great! A small thing we didn't understand before is that the toilet is in the communal hallway (but only used by this apartment) and there is no separate sink in the toilet, but the kitchen sink is used for brushing teeth, washing hands, etc. We'd love to come back for a relaxing getaway between the dunes and Amsterdam :)

It's a perfect little weekend getaway place. Nice hosts, good amenities. A very quiet location in a residential neighbourhood, close distance to the coast. We loved it there.

Because we liked it so much the first time, we went back to “De Nollen” for a weekend. Everything was fine again and Elvira is a friendly, unobtrusive and yet very helpful host. The location is nice for excursions in the beautiful surroundings. We would vacation here again anytime.

The first come-in-experience was great: even larger and more cosy than my imagination of the photos. Even though it‘s only a three minute walk to Oude Kerk and the lively center, it‘s absolutely quiet - day and night. The communication with the host is super quick, friendly and helpful.

value for money was quite good. The living room was cozy, nice at temperature and equipped with every comfort. We also saw recent updates to the living room and the bathroom is probably the next space to be renewed. Then it's really a gem! Nice hot shower, but showering smoothly due to limited hot water in the water heater. Great to do. Kitchen fully equipped, not everything used but nice eating out. You can do that wonderfully on the beach or at "Little Switzerland". The beach is really super close, 5 minutes over the dune. Ideal location to relax and enjoy.

The center (and NS station) was easy to reach by bike but also on foot. The neighborhood is neat, quiet, supermarkets nearby. apartment is spacious, equipped with many excellent appliances, complete. It was warm outside, nice and cool inside.

We had a wonderful stay in Alkmaar and in the apartment! The communication with Diwa was great, she welcomed us, gave us a lot of useful information, we could always contact her and she was super friendly. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful balcony and a great view. We loved, that it’s located in the middle of the city with nice cafés around the corner. For parking there are good options that Diwa told us about. We totally recommend staying in Diwas apartment and would love to come back!

Very nice and accommodating hosts in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to the train station and grocery store.

Lovely to be in the centre of Alkmaar

Super nice apartment, everything new, tastefully furnished and quietly located. The location is great, you can easily reach the city center on foot. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend Daphne's apartment. Thank you!!

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

Friendly and helpful hosts, lovely space, central location.

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.

Great place for anyone who loves horses and nature. Nice and quiet but you can still get to the city quickly. In the evening we had a visit on the stairs of 2 cats who were very happy about petting. At night we underlined the silence of the again and hustle and bustle of the horses in the stable. We thought that was very nice The apartment was reasonably clean and well equipped. Only a large bowl for salad and a few deep plates were missing. We only saw Jan briefly on departure, but he met us very friendly. All in all, a very successful and beautiful stay.

4 days in a small cocoon, the accommodation is very pleasant to live in and has rooms with large spaces. Conveniently located, we did our first day on foot and bike suite, taking the free ferry to reach the city center. The little extras of the accommodation: underground parking, bike garage, rooftop pool (€7.5 per person). Fleur and Jordy were very nice, with good recommendations! Looking forward to coming back 😁

We had such a great time at Laura’s Airbnb! While it was a long walk to the heart of Amsterdam, there are so many public transportation options close by and they are so easy to navigate. The neighborhood is gorgeous and we would definitely stay again!
