Apartment with a view of the sea! This luxurious apartment is fully furnished with a modern, well equipped kitchen. It is situated on the first floor and is centrally located: the beach, dunes and village center are all within 100m. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 5 people and includes private parking. This luxurious 4-room apartment with a view of the sea offers: •Living/dining room •1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) •1 bedroom with a single bed •1 bedroom with a bunk bed •Kitchen •Toilet •Bathroom with a shower and sink •Balcony facing west with a view of the sea and evening sunsets. The apartment is on the first floor which can be reached with either the stairs or the elevator. The beach, dunes and the village are all in walking distance (100 meters). In the living/dining room: 1x Tripp Trapp highchair, a television + Chromecast(Netflix, youtube etc) and a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is modern with a combination refrigerator/freezer (with a 3 drawer freezer), a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, a 5 burner stovetop (one for wok) and a Nespresso coffee maker. In the master bedroom there is a desk and large closet. Further, there is a fold-away children’s bed. There are two entrance cards for the dune areas. Downstairs in the storage room are 3 bicycles (1x women’s, 1x men’s and 1 x child’s), a large beach wagon and beach/sandbox toys. There is a private parking space. Pets are not permitted in the apartment nor is smoking allowed. The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, private parking, beach wagon, bikes, bedding and towels.

De Klaver Garage

The Klaver garage is a private residence in a quiet street in the city center, with free parking in front of the door. On the Noordhollandskanaal, a stone's throw from the old city center and shopping streets, many cozy restaurants and bars, the city park around the corner and train station and supermarket are nearby. The beach, the dunes and Amsterdam are also easily accessible. Everything is completely new and equipped with every comfort. The perfect base for exploring Alkmaar and its surroundings.

When you stay in our attractively furnished summer house in the always pleasant Wijk aan Zee, you have the entire house at your disposal, and you can completely relax. Wijk aan Zee is a lively place where there is always something going on. Walking on the beach or in the North Holland dunes is possible within a few minutes from our residence. The house has a lovely box spring bed, sitting area with TV, dining area, kitchen and separate bathroom. There is a private outdoor area with garden bench.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.
