Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Egmond aan Zee

We (my children (11 and 12), my mother, our dog and I) had a great stay at Nannij and can fully recommend her as a host! From the first contact, she was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Communication was always fast, clear and warm - we felt welcome immediately. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need – even small extras such as coffee, tea and local tips were thought of. It was clear that Nannij attaches great importance to providing her guests with a pleasant and relaxing stay. We felt completely comfortable and at home. The location of the accommodation was also ideal: quiet, but still well connected and in a beautiful street. Thank you for everything, dear Nannij! We will be happy to come back.

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Beautiful family home and welcoming hosts-highly recommend for families! Hosts were so helpful in recommending nearby restaurants, offering tips for the transit system etc. I wish we had spent more time enjoying their home during this trip to visit Amsterdam as the home is a gem-the outdoor spaces are lovely. The movie projector screen and large collection of movies was so fun to use. The home is in an ideal location to use as a home base to access nearby Amsterdam or the even closer and very charming town of Zaanse Schans.

Very nice, beautiful and spacious stay. Nice and spacious living room, wonderful beds in the bedrooms and everything you need is present! Pine and her husband were very friendly and helpful. The cottage is a fifteen-minute drive from Bergen city center and less than half an hour from the beautiful beach. Nice to visit! Furthermore, you can relax at the cottage.

The small cottage is very cozy with individual furniture, nicely decorated and furnished with a lot of taste - simply to feel good and fall in love! Everything is very well maintained and very clean - even fresh flowers were not missing. We felt right at home and can really recommend this accommodation! The location is in a very nice area and the walk to the center (shops, restaurants) of Bergen is only a few minutes. If you love mountains, you'll find the perfect accommodation for 2 people here. The location of the house was very central. The house lacked nothing, everything was very clean and cozy. A beautiful fresh bouquet of roses stood on the table. Information about the apartment was well described. Ester gave us tips on what we can do. Thank you, we enjoyed the 5 days of vacation.

The apartment is beautiful, tidy and everything was working perfectly. The location is great, close to local bars and restaurants, and also close to the beautiful dome of Utrecht. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location! Spotless and tastefully decorated. Not a standard Ikea stuff but a solid colorful interior. And equipped with all comforts for 2 people. Quiet and the center of Bergen is close by. Please note that if you bring bicycles or racing bikes, there is no storage, because you will not put them in the cottage. No owner would like that. I was able to store the racing bike at a bicycle rental shop nearby. Bergen is touristy but not too touristy. Excellent restaurants and the beach of Bergen aan Zee is well organized and clean. We will definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Yvonne’s beautifully designed apartment. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped inside and out. The peaceful setting made it an ideal home base for exploring the area’s rich nature, history, and culture. Yvonne and Rob were such kind and welcoming hosts — we truly appreciated their generosity and hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Had a very nice stay! Warm welcome, easy contact with Vincent. The accommodation is in the middle of the city center, but in a nice quiet area. Great to hear that the place has been the family for too long! Further equipped with all the comforts, so definitely recommended for a few days in Alkmaar.

I was there for 3 nights with beautiful sunny weather. The reception was very warm, got a tour with explanations and as a surprise a bottle of juice and a bag of nuts. Everything is available for a wonderful holiday by the sea. Beach and center nearby and walkable. The bus from Schagen stops in front of the door. I had a wonderful time, walked a lot by the sea, walked Zwanenwater and other country roads. The square is very cozy. Delicious fries at the Wipp-in. Easy to order online and pick up at a specified time. You should definitely have an ice cream at Ijsje Prima. I liked Restaurant Dorpszicht very much with friendly and smooth service. I was in Callantsoog for the second time this year and I really like it and it is very cozy. The Museum Farm is also fun with sweet volunteers. I was happy with the morning sun on the balcony, because then it stays nice and cool inside. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

The accommodation at Jur was very clean, modern and lovingly furnished – small, but cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, there was air conditioning, and we lacked nothing. There are good parking facilities in the area, and many excursion destinations are quickly accessible. Jur and his partner were very friendly – despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate well. Jur greeted us personally, showed us everything in peace, and the departure was also completely uncomplicated. An all-round successful stay - we were very satisfied.

Hans was a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful. Was a great place to stay for a weekend in Haarlem, with everything within walking distance. I highly recommend!! Thanks Hans! 🙌

Lovely place to stay. House as described, very cute and cosy. Very close to bus stop where from you can easily reach Amsterdam city centre. Very good contact with host.

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden.
