You will find everything close by: the cozy village of Heemskerk with shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of forest and dunes, near the sea and beach. There are also beautiful cycling routes. From Castricum train station (5 km), you can reach Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes. Alkmaar and Haarlem are also nearby. We would like to welcome you to our vacation house! 🔆

The ceiling height upstairs is 1.30 m (4 ft 3 in)! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

Come stay in a modern and stylish studio with a view of the dunes near Zandvoort beach. This stylish design studio for 2 people is located on the edge of the Amsterdam Waterleidingduinen. The studio gives unobstructed views of the dunes and is a stone's throw from the beach (1400 m) and the center (1000 m) of Zandvoort. A design studio with all the comforts: queen size box spring (160x200), compact kitchen, bathroom, private terrace and air conditioning.

The house is fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay. If you have any specific requests or needs, please don't hesitate to let us know in advance or when making your booking. Please note that we have a small dog called Shira, so you may occasionally hear her barking. Additionally, our apartment is pet-friendly. If you have a pet allergy, we regrettably cannot accommodate your stay.

Summer house Margriet

Just 150 metres from the beach and close to the lively centre, you will find our new summer house. The house has been renovated with care and attention and is modern and lovingly furnished. If you are looking for a very pleasant stay on the coast, where peace, convenience and comfort are central, we welcome you to Zomerhuis Margriet. From May to October it is only possible to book from Saturday to Saturday.

Charming lodge in rural area, 5 km to Amsterdam

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

Studio Verver

Studio Verver in Bergen, just 45 km below Amsterdam, is an architecturally built summer house that was completed in August 2023. The cottage combines outdoor living with sleek design lines, art and all modern amenities. The accommodation offers a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a workplace and a sunny terrace.
