The 1-room apartment is on the ground floor of an old multi-family house renovated in 2016 in the beautiful Cologne Lindenthal, just in front of the Cologne Belt, near the university clinic. Despite its central location (bus to downtown and train to Ehrenfeld just one minute away) it is quiet in the apartment as it is located in a back house. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - captivates with its old building charm, in combination with stylish, high-quality furnishings.

From there it is 18 minutes to Cologne Fair, 30 minutes to the airport, by short distance to the cathedral/main station and Neumarkt.

In front of the flat is a small garden area with two chairs and a table for your exclusive use. Several train, tram and bus services stop within walking distance. There is also a supermarket (120 metres away), a bakery and a variety of cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
