Romantic bungalow just off the water and only 30 minutes from Berlin center. Our 30 sqm bungalow is located in Berlin-Schmöckwitz directly on Seddinsee. In the house there is a cozy living room with water views, a double bedroom and a small kitchen at your disposal. In the private garden there are garden loungers, barbecue and a rowing boat. The bathroom and shower are located outside the bungalow and are shared with other guests of the marina.

In our large, freshly renovated one-bedroom apartment, the focus is on feeling good. Only 15 minutes from BER and with S-Bahn connection to Berlin (S8/S46).

I rent this room of my house in a quiet location with sleeping places for a single person or a couple. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. We share the kitchen and bathroom. A pretty double room to feel good

I got sick the day I arrived, and couldn't have picked a better location, because the nearest grocer was only 5 minutes walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and private, but still only 15 minutes from the nearest mall and many food options. Maybe that's normal for this area. I don't know, but I was happy. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my meals for the week and instructions were provided in detail for foreigners who are not used to the recycling process, which I greatly appreciated. The specific room I booked with the two beds, I will say, is more private and more spacious than the single room, and stays cooler because it receives less sunshine. Honestly I have no complaints and hope I didn't keep anyone up late from my coughing. Oops.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

The property looked exactly as advertised. Silke and Carsten were very friendly and made us feel right at home. Gave recommendations to visit sights locally. The tunnel under the lake was one of them and it was wonderful. View of sunset from the dock was spectacular. The commute into Berlin was easy. Plenty of free parking on the street. Very much enjoyed our stay and our chats. Helpful and communicative. Will surely book again. Thank you Silke and Carsten.
