The attractiveness of Eichwalde is characterized by its proximity to the capital Berlin, the nearby forest and water as well as the varied gastronomic offerings. From the nearby "Eichwalde" train station, you can quickly reach the center of the capital or BER airport by the S 46 and the S 8.

Welcome to the suburban oasis! With us, recreation and quality are of utmost importance. When you enter our lovingly furnished apartment, you will find everything for a wonderful stay. A cozy queen size bed for restful sleep, enough storage space for clothes, a modern kitchenette with Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle as well as enough dishes for two people (without cooking facilities) & a bathroom with floor-level shower complete the apartment.

I would like to welcome you to my modern maisonette penthouse. This light-flooded apartment is my personal retreat in Berlin and I'm happy to leave it to you while I'm away. Thanks to its location right next to the U6, you can be in the city center in less than 20 minutes and at the same time escape the hustle and bustle when you get home. Whether you're on a city break or a longer business trip, you'll find everything you need here.

We rent our 79sqm large basement apartment with separate entrance. The living room is spacious with sofa bed and open kitchen. In the bedrooms (2) there is a large double bed and a closet for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. All rooms have underfloor heating. A travel cot for the little ones and a high chair are available. A small terrace can be used with pleasure. To Lake Zeuthen it is about 5 min.

The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.

Our cozy apartment offers you the ideal starting point for your activities in the vibrant capital region. The city center can be reached quickly by S-Bahn. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Wildau, which captivates with its green surroundings and its proximity to Berlin's waters. The apartment is top modern, spacious and can accommodate up to four people on two floors.

I rent this room of my house in a quiet location with sleeping places for an individual. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. We share the kitchen and bathroom. My house is about 15 minutes' walk from Zeuthen S-Bahn station. From there you can get to the city center of Berlin in about 45 minutes by train.
