This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.

Lovely cosy cabin in peaceful surroundings. We felt right at home and really enjoyed beautiful Vesterålen. Location was great with many beautiful beaches and hikes around the corner. Good location near the Joker (for groceries) as well. Everything was described and the house was well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Big thank you to the host for providing everything we needed!

Tore and Francine were amazing hosts! Tore speaks 6 languages so even my daughter the only speaks French could understand what was said. The surroundings are just completely incredible! Soo beautiful! The cabin we rented was very tiny for sure but it was the perfect size for a father and his daughter. My daughter wanted to stay longer. She liked it that much! So did I! Hopefully one day we'll get the chance to go back there!

Good value for rental price. Great communication and nice host. Everything you need in the apartment and one of the world's finest views . Great hiking opportunities and you drive past the shop on the way out so it's easy to shop. Recommended!
