Urban and Scenic

The house is 150 years old and recently completely renovated with a delicious mix of old charm and modern design. A peaceful place, with the river and nature just outside the living window, at the same time within 10 minutes walking distance to Eigersund city centre and 20 min to the train station. There is plenty of space in the living room for more than 5 guests and upon request and an addition to the price, two rooms +bathrooms in the basement can be disposed so that there will be 10 beds. Some details of the home remain once the photos were taken, but will be completed before hosting.

The 3 main bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and seating areas. 3 chambers connected 2 of the bedrooms, considered rooms. 3 bedrooms on the charming service loft. There is room for everyone around the long table, and in the living rooms for a piano lesson or unwind with a good book in front of the fireplace. "Sol-li" is a peaceful gem with lovely views. Here, everything is set up to just enjoy and be. Unique views and good sun conditions. The possibilities are also many. Fishing. Swimming opportunities a stroll away. For those of you who love the mountains, the area is a mecca of possibilities. One can pack the bag, and go for marked trips from the cabin, or one can with short drives come to trips such as Store Skykula and Smørkamdalen. Distance by car: Kongeparken 40 min. Large apartment. Downtown. Possibility of boat rental for sea fishing. Salmon river nearby. Scenic surroundings with lovely garden that must be experienced! Here you can relax inside or outside, and maybe grab a BBQ meal on one of our terraces with the chickens and ducks. The river Sokna runs right past the garden. Here the kids can swim, and we have a salmon dish here. Ruggesteinen and Linepollen swimming area with sand volleyball court is 2 minutes drive from our house. 5 min by car to Knee Raceway.

Have an experience and good night sleep in scenic surroundings. The cabin is well equipped, well maintained and is screened from traffic. A short distance to the E39 which takes you to Stavanger in an hour and otherwise has good accessibility to the Dalane region. - No noise - No through traffic - Only another cabin in the same area - Grazing animals in the immediate area in the summer - There is no fireplace / wood-burning stove in the cabin,but possibility of fire-pan outside if desired.

Peaceful Cabin

This is a peaceful, south facing, cabin with a pleasant view of Norwegian nature. Electricity is limited to 12V solar panel system, mainly used for lights and TV. There is a 230V, 1000W, converter where you can plug in phone chargers, PCs, vacuum cleaner etc. The cabin is without running water, and drinking water is provided in 25L canisters. Heat comes from the fireplace. Biological toilet. Foot pump driven shower. Propane driven fridge and stove. This is living sustainability.

Modern apartment at Ogna near beach and train station

The building complex was finished in 2016, and maintains a high standard. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor( top floor) with a slight view of the ocean (elevator available). The first floor of the complex has both a gas-station and a small grocery store. The train station is located 100m away from the apartment, with frequent departures for both Stavanger and Egersund. Ogna beach is only 10 minutes of walking away. The condo has free parking on the premises.
