What a great little gem this was. The place is suitable for both short or long stays due to having everything you need in the annex. The host Keith was very welcoming as was Rosie the dog. This was a perfect place in a great location for my event I was attending. Highly recommend this property and Host.

First time visiting Colchester and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Home from home and the location was absolutely perfect, literally right next to the castle park and less than a 5 minute walk to the castle and high street. Peaceful and super clean. Reilly was the perfect host. Friendly, responsive and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to dine in. Bed was comfy and linen was clean. The bathroom was also spotless! Thank you for having us and we will definitely be returning. 5 star 🌟 stay x
