Can be used for business and private purposes! The property is located on the historic Eilenburg Castle Hill and has historic sights outside, as well as a large lawn to relax on. In Eilenburg there is an animal park near the city center, as well as a swimming lake with a water ski facility. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment on the 3rd floor is about 35 m². The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the kitchen you will find a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and pots. The price includes the linens and towels. Coffee and various teas are available. If you like to cook, you will also find salt, pepper and rapeseed oil.

Our kitchen is fully equipped, and in the bathroom you will find a combination of shower, bathtub and washer-dryer. Perfect spot for your relaxing stay or productive business trip. I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

The small, cozy attic apartment is centrally located yet quiet between Schloßberg and Mühlgraben. (Market, city center, city information, castle, zoo, train station, etc. are within walking distance). From the loft bed (double bed) you can observe the starry sky. The couch can be pulled out to a sofa bed. We can gladly provide another mattress and a crib.
