Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The rooms are newly renovated and the floorboards are definitely 100 years old. You have two spacious box spring beds that ensure a relaxing night's sleep. The rooms are directly connected. The small room has direct bathroom access. If you want to cook or bake a pizza, the spacious new kitchen is at your disposal, which you only share with the other guests.

Bright and quiet apartment right on the edge of the forest!

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Our newly designed apartment can be found located directly above the inn on the upper floor. With 120m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 5 people (more people are possible upon request). Directly from the apartment you have access to a covered loggia, where you can spend relaxing evenings, especially in summer. Please note that pets are only allowed on request. The Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house can be used free of charge.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment on the first floor invites you to linger. The apartment can accommodate up to three people and has a fully equipped kitchen. The back door next to the kitchen leads directly to the outdoor area, where you can linger and also a grill is available. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons.
