Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Our apartment is located in the historic center of Adelebsen, in the courtyard of a half-timbered property. From the balcony you can see our lovingly designed garden with seating and play equipment that are available for our guests. On the other side, you can see the picturesque castle hill of Adelebsen with a palace, castle and churches. The nearest bus stop is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, the train station of the village and the nearest supermarket about 10 minutes.

The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Bright and quiet apartment right on the edge of the forest!

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Our accommodation is located in the basement of our single-family home. The building entrance is shared, and we also occasionally use the laundry room in the basement. Please note: Our building is intentionally designed to be open-plan, and the rooms cannot be locked. We want to preserve that original Airbnb feeling of a trusted home. If you prefer complete privacy or lockable rooms, a hotel might better suit your needs.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
