Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Eixample

It’s a wonderful place. People are friendly. And everything is clean and new. I like it. The location is great. It’s close to the metro L2.

Simon was a fantastic host and the flat was absolutely adorable and in a great location in the city. It was squeaky clean, comfortable, and anything I needed, he was more than happy to lend a quick hand. The location was great next to a lively, local plaza with great coffee shops and restaurants that felt like my “own neighborhood” after just a couple days. On top of all of that, Billy the dog was such a lovely creature and always wanting more pets, which I was happy to give him.

Hmmm what can I say?! Maria, is an extremely excellent host. She provided me with a very nice, warm, clean and cozy room to stay. The place was exactly as described and also in close proximity to the airport. Maria's communication was exceptional and she was flexible with checkin. She gave clear instructions and met with me to help me get into the apartment even though I arrived really late at night after the Barcelona game. Maria asked what time my flight was and she actually set her alarm to wake up and wake me up just incase I overslept which I actually did, thanks to her I didn't miss my flight. We had a good conversation and we bonded over, she reminded me of my Mom with the way she took care of me when I stayed at her apartment. I have made a friend for life in Maria and whenever I'm in Barcelona, I will always stop by at Maria's.

Perfect everything! 4 blocks from the Metro , 6 blocks from the train station and beautiful promenade just down from the floor . Peca has been wonderful , very warm and in excellent mood always . Very easy to communicate with . Thank you Peca for all your attention and friendship ! See you soon !

Brian was such a gracious host! He allowed us to drop off our bags early and gave us recommendations of places to go. I would also recommend just having a conversation with him, he’s such a lovely person! I would definitely stay with him again ☺️

We stayed with Isabel for a total of three days. She is incredibly friendly, the room was as described and the location is simply unbeatable. Thank you for everything!

I stayed for 3 days in Fede's house. The room is spacious and good. I saw some comments about noise on the street, which in fact exists, but it did not bother me at all (around 10-11 p.m. in general it is non-existent) The bathroom is quite narrow, but easily usable. It is very well located, close to everything in the Gothic Quarter, and it is easy to go to more distant locations. Fede is a very good person and always provided support when necessary

Good place to Stay outside of Barcelona

Atypical accommodation, full of charm in a very quiet neighborhood with an extremely warm and friendly welcome. We recommend 100%.

Very nice place and well equipped for our family vacation with 2 young children. Francesc was very responsive and was always on hand to help with any queries. Only a 10 minute walk to the sea and the bakery down the road from the property was excellent. Would recommend this property.

Very well hosted by Jordi, the house is great, very large and ideal for a large family. The only small downside is that there is a lack of entertainment in the village, but it's really minimal because a few minutes away you will find lively towns, as well as the beach. I would recommend it!

Excellent. It exceeded our expectations. Both the house and location, cleanliness, and hosts were 10! The house is wonderful. It has everything a family needs to spend a few days on vacation. From the two terraces you can see the sea and the sea breeze is ideal to let you go and relax. We loved the very tastefully decorated and the organization labeled to find everything. Everything is amazing, I'll be back

Jose’s home was amazing, the location is perfect to avoid the busy city life. The host’s were very helpful and communication was great with no problem’s at all during my 3 night stay. I would highly recommend Jose’s place and would visit again!

We had such a lovely stay in this villa. The home looked even better than the photos, and it was a clean and very comfortable stay. We stayed here as a group of friends for a special occasion, and it was the perfect house with lots of lovely communal social areas to celebrate in. The pool is beautiful and the views of the sea are stunning to wake up to. For our itinerary we chose to travel into the city a few times via taxi, which we knew may be a little challenging due to other reviews we had read. David was extremely helpful and responsive at helping us do this. I’d recommend public transport for peace of mind if you have somewhere to be at specific times, however if you do require taxi’s the hosts are extremely helpful with organising this. We couldn’t have asked for more from this trip and we are so grateful for all the help that was provided by the hosts, even during the lead up to the trip David was always available to answer questions! Thank you so much.
