Smoking Policy • BLAU is a non-smoking residence. • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including private terraces, common terraces and the rooftop area. • A €200 penalty applies for violations. We're Jaume and Lu, and we live in a cozy beachfront house in Badalona on the Rambla, which is an excellent location if you're looking for a quiet and safe place to stay where you can enjoy the beach and the sea. There are also beach bars, cafés, and restaurants, as well as a major shopping area, and it's a 5-minute walk to the port along the seaside promenade. It is very well connected, just 5 minutes from the train station, making it easy to visit all the beautiful coastal towns.
