The house from 2017 is located right by Ekebergsletta and bus stop to/from the city. On the 1st floor there is a large living/dining room, open kitchen solution and a bedroom with double bed. From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.

Welcome to a small and cozy apartment with a central location between Grünerløkka and Torshov. The apartment (37m2) has a nice bedroom and a cozy living room. The kitchen is well equipped with nice views of the backyard. The tram stop is right by the apartment (trams 12, 15 and 18) and takes you to Oslo S in 20 min. There are many shops and nice cafes and pubs at Grünerløkka which is a 10-minute walk away. Akerselva is a nice area to walk along, and is located within a short walking distance from the apartment.

This is also a hub for bus and tram so that you can easily get on from here. The apartment is located high on the 4th floor and feels quiet despite its central location. In the east of Oslo close to the opera (15 min walk)and the part of town a lots of new interesting building like Munch Museum coming. A walking distance to all because it's in town. Sometimes it's impossible to meet you in person. Then a 24 hours shop, between the trainstation and my appartment, it's a app "SHAREBOX" with the key.

Rural, but central to Ekeberg

Family home in a semi-detached house right next to Ekebergsletta, with a nice garden and immediate proximity to the bus that takes 12 min down to the city. Or a walk through Ekeberg Park, and you are in Bjørvika in 20 minutes. Nice and quiet residential area. Parking space for 2 cars. Since this is our family home and we have a neighbor on the 2nd floor, we do not want to rent for partying.
