The house from 2017 is located right by Ekebergsletta and bus stop to/from the city. On the 1st floor there is a large living/dining room, open kitchen solution and a bedroom with double bed. From the living room there is an exit to a plot of 100m2, as well as a lawn with a trampoline. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a TV room. In the basement of the house is the entrance and toilet. There is also a rental part that is rented to a permanent tenant. The house is one of three houses in a condominium, with a common driveway. Tidy and well equipped.

The apartment is located in a classic apartment building from 1890 right next to the Botanical Garden. Good ceiling height. Modern kitchen and bathroom. It takes 12 minutes to walk to Oslo Central Station, and 5 minutes to walk to Grønland, Grünerløkka, and Tøyen, and 8 minutes to the new Tøyenbadet. There are several great parks in the area.
