The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with private land of 3000 m2 where you will find a large garden with swimming pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Natural Reserve, so it is a natural environment, secluded and quiet. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts.... The area offers you to taste the gastronomy that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.
