They were very attentive, both Monica and Sergio. They explained all the routes and options to visit during the stay, which there is a lot to see. The response was quick and efficient whenever we needed it and it's what we were most confident about. The house as in the photos, everything was clean and correct. The village in a gorgeous setting. The house is fine, the owners are very nice and provide you with all the help you need. I thought it was a detail that they had helpful in the house such as shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, cleaning supplies. The village has more movement than you can expect. Overall good experience.
