Beautiful house in a great location for the beach and quiet pool area in the complex. Restaurants within walking distance, the tram station just a few minutes' walk away.

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

We felt very comfortable with Lola and José. They welcomed us very well and explained everything in detail. They're wonderful people. The house left nothing to be desired and we didn't lack anything. In addition to the generous amount of space, we enjoyed the patio and garden very well kept. All in all, a stay in this house is more than recommended and we would love to come back! We, a family of four, had the best time at Patricia’s bungalow. It was a peaceful neighbourhood, and right by the train station - easy to go to El Campello or Benidorm. The pool was spacious with outdoor showers and we were often the only ones there. There was also a nice beach close by. Every morning we bought fresh bread at a store close by. There were big grocery stores right by the train station in El Campello (just 15min by train). We enjoyed the terrace, and the aircondition inside was good if it got too hot. We had everything we needed and Patricia was very helpful. We would love to come back sometime!

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

It is a beautiful villa, exceptional bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely outside area and stunning swimming pool and the villa had the wow factor with the view! Unreal! Vanessa was amazing prior to arriving in Spain and was equally active in helping us have the perfect holiday. 10/10 in everything she did. The only slight draw back for villa Limonera was the fact it’s near on impossible to walk anywhere in the day heat, you really are at the very top! But if you want wow…this villa has it all over!

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Our stay was excellent! The location within the residential complex was very convenient. It is a quiet and well-connected place, with close access to the beach (pebbles) and bus and tram stops, making it easy to get around Alicante and its surroundings. The tranquility and security of the place allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our 30-day stay. The pool is simply fantastic, perfect for cooling off and family fun. What really made the difference was Carlos' personalized attention. His recommendations were invaluable and he made sure we had the best experience possible. From the first contact to the end of our stay, his dedication and effort were noticeable, making our visit memorable. We fully recommend this house and we are sure that any future guest will enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you, Carlos, for everything!

A lovely place high up the mountain with a view onto Javea Valley. Adam and Neil were very helpful - also guiding us to the location itself. Recommended place to stay for Javea.

Had a wonderful holiday in this spacious and bright house with an absolutely breathtaking view. Coffee in the morning with this view… great! The house is located in quiet and private, on a very spacious plot. Due to the location, you definitely need the car to go to shops and restaurants, but we knew that and we enjoyed it. The airconditioners in the bedrooms work very well, wonderful in the warm and humid summer nights. The owners are very kind and quick to respond, check in supereasy.

This place was amazing. The views were to die for. We ate every meal on the terrace. The street is a photographer’s dream. Everything in the home was well appointed. Great place!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Paula was such a wonderful host. She was super friendly and gave ALOT of suggestions. We only stayed for 2 nights, but packed in a good amount of Paula's suggestions :) The home was a perfect location! We would gladly come back!

The view is spectacular and there are plenty of large windows and balconies to enjoy it! The house is modern with high ceilings and well equipped. We will be back for sure!

It was an absolutely wonderful experience! The location and the apartment were outstanding – even if I tried, I couldn’t say otherwise. We were warmly welcomed well before the official check-in time, with no issues at all. A big thank you to Tatiana and John, who managed to make our vacation truly unforgettable. The hosts were extremely attentive to every detail, and the apartment was 100% equipped with everything you could possibly need. We sincerely thank you for everything!

So far it is the most complete , clean and beautiful house since we rented by Airbnb. Come on if you wanted to make a cake you just had to buy the ingredients because the kitchen had everything needed . Even children's cutlery. The hosts a very attentive, ask them for an umbrella in case they had any to lend us and the next day I came to us by amazon 2 umbrellas , a folding bathtub for the baby and some sheets for the crib. I thought it was a nice touch and made it a lot easier for me to bathe the baby. The very quiet area with a lot of intimacy, something perfect for our family . Thank you very much to Claus and Gitte for lending us their home and we hope to come back again.

The most remarkable thing is the kindness of the host: Johannes was always attentive and even allowed us to do a late check out at no extra charge. We had a small problem and he solved it immediately. The house is as described in the photos: beautiful, spacious, very clean and bright. It has a fantastic terrace with sea views, where you can share some good times with the family. The environment is very quiet, which allows you to rest and there is easy accessibility by car to the nearby beaches and the beautiful city of Altea, in addition to the tram that connects from Dénia to Benidorm in five minutes. I would recommend this accommodation to all my friends and I look forward to returning.
