The studio is behind the main house and is completely private and detached from the main house. It is quiet and cozy and was remodeled in September 2018. It includes WiFi, expanded cable TV, NetFlix, and Hulu on a smart TV. The kitchen has new cabinets and countertops, a farm sink, over-the-range microwave, an oven and stove, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glasses, etc. New steel exterior door was installed is very secure. Non-smoking only.

The single-story home is framed by palm trees and features a covered porch with rocking chairs. A windmill adds a rustic touch to the front yard. The American flag stands proudly beside a well-maintained pathway leading to the entrance.

Low cleaning fee! We just remodeled! Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This house is close to the I 8 freeway and the 86 Highway and near downtown El Centro. There is a trendy local coffee shop within half a block and a supermarket and restaurants within 1/2 a mile. There is a Starbucks nearby as well. It’s close to Imperial Avenue which is one of the main commercial streets in El Centro. There is a gate around the parking lot.

There you can fine very good restaurants like Bodega 8, Cabana, Koori, Mochomos, etc. It is a few minutes away from the Calexico East port of entry. This is a secure neighborhood. The house has two bedrooms and a laundry room, one bathroom.
