Can Lou, a detached house, has a private garage located and is in a private and gated residential complex. The house's layout includes three floors; it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entrance, hall, and private garage for one vehicle are on the first floor. The sleeping area, where the bedrooms are located, is on the second floor. Access to the terrace, the living room, and kitchen are on the third floor. The terrace has an outdoor dining area with access to the kitchen, a barbecue grill, and a fantastic private infinity pool with fantastic views of Los Olivos beach and the entire Cullera coast. I'm always available to answer any questions or give advice about my own experience in this amazing place. I'll take care of handing over the keys and giving final instructions. Apartamento con terraza en un edificio con solo 5 vecinos, supermercado y transporte público a 50mts. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS el apartamento tiene toallas para los huéspedes. Cerca de la playa con vistas al mar. Piscina comunitaria con pista de pádel, pin pong y club social.(calle de arriba) A 40 minutos en tren del centro de Valencia (estación del norte). El autobús local(50mts) te lleva a la estación de tren de Cullera. Los anfitriones viven cerca y les podrán ayudar en lo que necesiten.

A balcony to the sea - Front line, facing the sea

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Everything is perfect! Dream balcony. They have all the basics and necessities to spend a few days, which is no longer seen much in AIRB. Be careful with the corner of the bed when you are down because there is little space and it is usually easy to hit. It is best to keep it up if it is not in use.

Loved our week in the house. The villa is superb, air-conditioned with all the comforts you can hope for. The pool is big, the water is hot. The garden is extremely well maintained, pleasant and flowered. Tere, the manager of the AirBnB, was very responsive. We had a light problem in the pool, she responded quickly to the problem by calling an electrician who came the same day and fixed the problem. All this accompanied by the beautiful weather of Spain made it a memorable trip!
