The villa was very nice and the view is incredible. The caretaker Bruno was always there for us when we needed something. You can be at the beach in 5 minutes by scooter. I highly recommend the villa!

I just want to say that the view of this place is insane. So beautiful that the pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful aesthetic and great location to several close beaches. Joseph and Gesner were so attentive and responsive for everything. Made our stay relaxful and completely stress free. Will be booking again for sure.

The place looked exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and very well-kept. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable: the house had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication was quick and polite, and any questions were resolved without delay. Overall, a very positive experience.

The view from this villa was the reason why we booked and to be honest… When we got to the airbnb it surpassed our expectations. It was even more stunning in real life. Watching the stars at night and feeling one with nature. Thomas is an amazing host and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with amazing views.

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

The apartment is within a block on the private playa bonita residences. The design of the apartment is very stylish and equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. The location is close to the beautiful playa bonita beach (4-5 mins) and from there you can access beach loungers and a pool which we used for our kids all with a wrist band you get given on arrival. There are some good restaurants located on the beach including Mosquito and Marea where service is v friendly. There is a small and basic bodega 15 min walk to get some provisions but would recommend the bigger supermarket for a larger shop which can be reached by taxi or car. Overall a great stay would recommend!

We stayed for two nights in Vista Bahia, my wife and two children; and our stay here was perfect, we liked it very much. The property has an unparalleled view of Samana Bay, both day and night; ideal for having your coffee in the morning or enjoying the sunset. It's in a central location, so we could move everywhere easily and the apartment we got was the perfect size for our family. José was always available and very kindly answered concerns and gave us suggestions. I would definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.

We felt very happy throughout our visit, and it was a great place to stay with kids. The surrounding area was beautiful and full of great options for dining and exploring. The on-site restaurants had delicious food and excellent service. The kids especially loved the pool — it was the perfect size and atmosphere for them to play and have fun. Our absolute favorite part of the trip was the beach. The water was pristine and calm — ideal for a relaxing family beach day. Having access to chairs, loungers, and an umbrella made everything even better. One of the highlights of the apartment itself was the terrace. It was the perfect spot for dinners and late-night conversations while listening to the sound of the waves. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great amenities, and beach getaway!

This place is incredible and has the most amazing view! Pool was great with a wonderful view. Close to all excursions in the pier and very walkable.

My family and I enjoyed this place truly, the view is spectacular... lots to do in this area like drive 4wheeler, pool, beach, restaurants, I mean it has it all. You will definitely won't get bored. I really like the place. Will stay again in the future.

This is my 2nd time staying at Playa Bonita residences and I love it. The property is private, well maintained, and safe. It is very peaceful as well. The neighborhood has a ton of restaurants, activities, and beautiful beaches nearby, although I do recommend renting some form of transportation to get to the center of town. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The patio was a great place to relax with a comfy sofa and nice table setup. We enjoyed having coffee there in the mornings listening to the birds and also found it a great place to eat dinner and unwind from the day at the beach. The hot water worked well and there was drinking water conveniently available. Nidia provided clear instructions and local recommendations to help my my stay very smooth and enjoyable. All of the listed amenities were available as promised. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this property!

You don't need anything at all, and you realize the owner's touch in making sure everything is well taken care of and in optimal condition. The apartment is in the best area of Las Terrenas. You leave the apartment and you don't have to go anywhere, simply the best place to enjoy such a beautiful landscape. You are 100% safe, the place has well respected rules of coexistence and you disconnect in peace

It's a nice apartment, it's the second time I've stayed there and it's always clean and has everything you need, apart from the fact that it's very well located.

Another Wonderful Stay at Playa Bonita This is not our first time staying at this apartment, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The place is spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located just steps from the beautiful Playa Bonita. The host was attentive, kind, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. My family and I had a fantastic time enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the beach, which remains one of our favorites in the country. We will definitely come back again!

Our stay here was fantastic! The location couldn't be better – a beautiful beachfront spot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment itself was great – comfortable furniture, very well-equipped kitchen and amenities, and everything worked without a hitch. They provided plenty of towels for both inside use and for the beach, which made packing easier and our beach trips more convenient. We especially enjoyed the easy walks along the sand to nearby restaurants. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!
