Holiday rentals with a patio in El Llano, Gijón

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Perfect accommodation for 4 people (there were only 2 of us) very quiet place, with indoor car parking. Nestor was precise, punctual and present when needed. Various shops and restaurants are located in the vicinity of the house. Very quiet area for holidays in Oviedo and surroundings.

This place is absolutely fantastic!! I cannot say enough about Laura and her gorgeous apartment. Look no further- book this place! Laura is the best hostess we have ever had! She is wonderful. The location could not be better. There is a little wine bar underneath the apartment and the people there are fantastic too!

David is an excellent host. We were arriving later than the agreed time and not only did not pose problems but offered us all the facilities in the world. At the check-out, since I did not have any pending entrance, we were offered to check out at the time we would like . I was always attentive and answered the messages very prompt. She advised us places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great too. I recommend it!

Stunning place with a garden, 3 min walk from the cathedral! Ruben is an attentive and flexible (earlier check in) host. Easy parking (blue places or covered parking). Will stay there again next time.

The house is equal to the pictures. The last stretch of access is by a path, but thanks to it you reach a secluded place, with excellent views, no noise, no neighbors, full of vegetation and a renovated house with a lot of personality, which is impeccable, smells clean in every corner, with lots of utensils and is perfectly adapted to rest, barbecue, play board games, watch netflix.. Also at night it has a terrace with super nice sofas and light bulbs. Just 20 minutes from the beach and towns such as Oviedo or Gijón. And the hosts are always attentive to what you might need. Everything is perfect!

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. If you want to disconnect a few days for the wonderful Asturias esta es tu casita. The very pending hosts with clear and easy directions and recommendations! From 10!! Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were going with a baby and they left us cribs and little things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things to us at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to move to know the area. They have ample parking.

Our stay in this house was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to feel at home: well equipped, comfortable and, above all, very clean, something that is always appreciated. From the first moment, we felt a great tranquility; it is an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. But definitely what made the difference was Nadia. Always attentive, friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. She gave us very good recommendations and was attentive at all times. It's nice to meet hosts like that. We highly recommend this place, and if we stop by again, we will definitely repeat it.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. The apartment was super good and clean. God, I like to sleep there. Liliana is a delight, from the moment of confirming the reservation until checkout. We had the crib ready for the baby and the sofacama, gave us directions and recommendations for meals, and went out of his way to take care of us. The place was very quiet, but very close by car to town and beaches. Liliana's puppies are very calm and affectionate. 100% recommended.

Alicia is a great host, she helped us a lot and was super attentive with some personal difficulties we had, nothing to do with the accommodation that is exceptional, clean and very well kept, with a wonderful location. The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.

Celsa was an amazing host! Always reaching out, asking how she could help, came to welcome us into the house and we felt right at home! He mom even made delicious cookies for us!! It was so sweet, we met her dad outside taking a morning walk one day and he was so wholesome. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re with family and want to feel right in the hills of Asturias in an authentic place! It is just about 20 min from both Gijon and Oviedo, which is incredible so you can go for a day visit whenever you want and even have dinner there and then come back in for the night so quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for, I wish we stayed longer and used that beautiful outdoor patio! One thing to notice, which is already in the listing (so no surprises there) is that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or carry a lot of bags/heavy strollers, it might be something to consider.
