Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

Luis Manuel is not only welcoming, friendly, but he is strong in terms of proposals. The cottage is perfect and ideally placed to discover Asturias.

A beautiful house, cared for down to the smallest detail. The garden is more of the same, very well-kept with different areas to relax. Well-enclosed property, ideal if you are taking a getaway with your 4-legged friends. Located in an ideal area to disconnect, all the countryside around which for us is part of the charm and with the plus of having restaurants nearby (you can walk to a restaurant) and 20 minutes by car from Gijón. Jorge, super kind and attentive. Definitely recommended and an experience to repeat.

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! We can't rate this house or its host highly enough, it's absolutely stunning. Roberto is well worthy of his superhost status, he and Elana responded to our difficulties and quickly resolved the issues. The views of the surrounding countryside really are breathtaking and the culture of the local people is infectious, from drinking Asturian cider, to enjoying the local dishes, it's all done in a welcoming manner. Roberto and Elana, thank you, we will return.

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He always responded quickly to messages and questions. We were able to enter before the time because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the center of the village and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

A great house with everything at hand and very well-equipped, we were left wanting to try the pool, which was closed because it was winter

The space matched the description and photos. A quiet place to spend a weekend with friends. Patricia was very friendly and gave us several recommendations. I would definitely repeat.

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

Alejandro's place was very nice. It had everything you need and very well connected to the city center. The area is very quiet and very good for walking. The host was also aware that everything was correct. 100% recommended.

Roomy, spotless, well equipped, and in a fantastic location, with easy access to Gijón's historic old town and beautiful main beach. Sadly we could only schedule one night and day in Gijón this time, but Pilar's place worked a treat 😊

We had a great weekend at accommodation Benaki, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, in an idyllic setting. The views from the house, with the green mountains in the background, are spectacular. As for the house itself, it is perfectly equipped and prepared for the mountain climate. Communication with Carmen, the host, was another very positive point to take into account, giving us the necessary information to enjoy the house, making recommendations on what to do and where to eat in the surroundings, and always being willing to solve any questions we might have. We will repeat, it is perfect to spend a few days in the middle of nature.

Irene is a very friendly person. I keep a parking space in front of the apartment. The flat is a faithful reflection of the description and the photos. It is in a very quiet area a little far from the center. The apartment is fully furnished and we liked the detail of some welcome chocolates

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

Absolutely excellent at everything!! Dave was a Super Host, helpful at all times, and flexible on everything. The house is amazing, very large and usable, it is taken care of and the garden is a brutal point. It is a few minutes away by car from downtown, residential location and very quiet. We will repeat for sure, thanks again Dave!!
