Townhouse, lovingly restored in 2021, taking the utmost care with the decor and comfort. It is in a small village with beautiful views and very well located: close to the beach or the mountains and half an hour from Oviedo or Gijón. At the exit of the village there is a bar-restaurant and the towns with services are 10 minutes away. The house has Wi-Fi, a wood stove, a Smart TV (Wi-Fi only), a balcony and a cozy terrace to enjoy the view, with many plants, a dining area and a barbecue.

Nuestro apartamento está ubicado en una zona residencial muy tranquila a 5 minutos de la playa y 15 caminando del centro de Gijón. Parking gratuito. Situado en el entresuelo de un edificio de 2 plantas y con 31,5 m2, consta de una habitación con cama matrimonial, un salón con amplio sofá-cama, baño, cocina y un estupendo patio ajardinado de 70 m2 para que puedas sentirte como en casa. La zona cuenta con todo tipo de servicios, supermercados, farmacias... ADVERTENCIA: No hay WIFI
