The porch among palm trees

Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Las Casas de La Rueda (The Wheel Houses) - El Patio

Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

It is fully equipped, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a kitchen, a living room with a TV, a bathroom and a wonderful balcony to enjoy the outdoors and relax. It is located two minutes from both beaches, surrounded by restaurants, shops, supermarkets and areas to stroll. Here you can enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
