Chic and central apartment for a perfect stay in Valencia.

Julia was great! She met us for check in and was super responsive when we needed anything or had questions. I would highly recommend!

I stayed in this apartment for two nights and the experience was very good. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, which made the whole process a lot. The location is excellent, especially if you are going to the Perelló Tomate Fair as it is very close to the venue. Ideal for a short, practical stay. I would recommend it!

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. The apartment is just as it appears in the photo. The wifi is great,I was working two days and without an outage. The apartment is just a few meters from the beach, the terrace it has is spectacular and very large, great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The house was on computers and the beds were comfortable. We missed some utensil like a small frying pan because they were big but otherwise great. Near the apartment there are a couple of bars, although it seems that it depends on the weather they open all day or only in the morning, therefore, if it is not summer season and you are looking for tranquility and peace is the ideal place.

The apartment was as described, location right at the beach which is a dream. Very nice opportunities to sit outside, either on the private balcony or on the rooftop. It is shared but each apartment has their own space. It was also clean. A car is absolutely necessary. The next supermarket is around 5 minutes by car but walking would be really far, as the apartment is located in a small village. Would absolutely recommend, just be aware that you will require a car and there is not much around. However great apartment for relaxing, enjoying the beach especially for a family

This was such a wonderful experience! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — a perfect home away from home. Carmen was an incredibly loving and caring host who made us feel truly welcomed. The location was great too — walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants, and just a short bus ride to the beach. Overall, a fantastic stay that we’ll always remember!

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

We recently spent six wonderful days in a beautiful villa in Cullera, just half an hour's drive from Valencia. The villa is located in a quiet, neat neighborhood and is ideally located within walking distance of the beach. What is immediately striking is that the house looks brand new. Everything is neatly finished, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the interior is tastefully decorated. There is more than enough space for a family, both inside and outside. The spacious terrace especially invites you to eat outside and enjoy the Spanish sun. One of the big pluses was the beautiful private swimming pool, which our children really couldn't get out of. Also practical: you can just park the car in the driveway, which is nice in this neighborhood. Cullera itself also has plenty to offer. The beach is wonderfully wide and clean, and a visit to the castle is definitely worth it. In short: a wonderful place where we immediately felt at home and close to Valencia!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Really nice place close to the beach with the necessary amenities

We had a great stay in this dream house. Kitty's little house is beautiful and very well thought out and furnished with a special taste that we really appreciated. It is perfect for a stay for a couple like us and the private terrace is very nice. The Cabanyal neighborhood is very charming with many restaurants and bars and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. We will be happy to come back for a longer stay and I recommend coming and enjoying this little gem.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect stay for our family of five We had a wonderful time in this apartment! The location was ideal for our family with three young children. Everything we needed was there — a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was especially nice during the summer heat. Our host Amparo was fantastic: always quick to respond, helpful, and easy to communicate with. On our last day, we were even allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, and she kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Everything was perfectly taken care of, which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for families visiting Valencia!

Photos undersell this place. Check-in was great with Jose Manuel giving us inside tips on where to go. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 - including a 6 month old baby. Felt very safe, the playground was very appreciated by our 5 year old. The cafe FOUR was a perfect stop every morning. The Cabanyal market is just as good as the central market, but smaller and has a good sized supermarket next to it. Cabanyal has some character to it, but it’s so accessible and feels so safe, that it’s charming. The AC in the place was cold and we appreciated the washing machine. A couple notes, it doesn’t have a clothes dryer, but has a private patio with a drying rack that works and it also doesn’t have a dishwasher. We ate out 70% of the time and it wasn’t bad. Also, there is natural light, but it’s not super bright. On the whole, this place was perfect for us, even during the relatively long stay. I would gladly go back or refer a family member.

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

I lived in this loft apartment for a month and would happily go back. It is located in a Spanish neighbourhood which was important to me. It is about a mile from the beach and a mile from the top of the Gardens de Turia. Easy walks as there are no hills in Valencia! Even a walk to the city centre only takes about an hour and is well worth it. Alternatively hire a bike (the city is very cyclist friendly) or use the cheap buses or Metro. David and Iris were perfect hosts. They were in contact before the trip, shared loads of information about the apartment and the city, and were very quick to respond if I had any problems or needed some guidance. The accommodation is pretty much as described but it is worth noting there isn't any real natural light in the accommodation. And if you are sharing with friends its worth noting that bathrooms are not ensuite. They are off the main living area. None of this takes away from the fact that the accommodation was fabulous.

We had a great time in Valencia! Listing was as described, clean and very nice. The owners were super welcoming, always available and very proactive. They gave us good restaurant addresses and were flexible about the departure time, which was very appreciable. Really friendly and professional hosts – we highly recommend!

The stay is even better than what you see in the photos. Incredible views and amenities at our fingertips. In addition, María José is an excellent host. She informed us everything in detail and was ready for anything that came up with us.

Beautiful, sweet, cozy and clean apartment with sea view on the beach of Patacona with various restaurants. The apartment was warmly decorated and equipped with everything you need. Emma was very friendly and responsive. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for everything.
