Monthly Rentals in El Paraíso

La Gaviota was a beautiful villa. It was thoughtfully furnished with all the required amenities. Matt, the host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The rooms were adequate with good layouts, bedding and storage space. The living are had ample space and allowed were great bonding. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool, outdoor lawn and seating areas were also fantastic. The location was very central to explore Marbella, Estepona and other cities around with quick connectivity to the highway. Matt also connected us to an excellent concierge service that was extremely helpful with organising whatever was needed to make our stay excellent.

All of 10, a place to rest with an urbanization and very quiet surroundings. Everything is well communicated to go to many places with the highway next door, the very friendly host with excellent communication and the details that leave you in the house that are to be appreciated. The apartment is a luxury, clean, ample and well taken care of. If I come back in the area I will repeat. Thank you for all Magdalena.

I had a wonderful stay at Michiel’s place. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a fantastic rooftop terrace and a great location. What truly made the experience even better was Michiel himself; he’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely involved. You can really tell he cares about his guests having a good experience. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom can overflow quick when showering, so it’s best not to shower too long or with the water on full blast. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Marbella :)

Loved the property. It was in a great position with lots of amenities around it, in a beautifully maintained, secure complex with lovely gardens. The underground car park was excellent and easily accessible. The apartment itself was exactly as shown and very comfortable and well equipped. Kata who met us at check in was really helpful and even sat and set up our Prime, Netflix and Apple accounts on the TV for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would be happy to stay here again.
