We recommend having a vehicle for getting around, including getting to the garbage collection point.

A peaceful oasis with stunning views over Cullera Bay. Perfect for any time of the year. In the warmer months, you can choose between several beautiful beaches (just a 5-minute drive away), two shared swimming pools: an outdoor pool open in July and August (900 metres away), and a semi-covered pool available all year round (200 metres away). During the cooler months, the pool is covered (although it is not heated). You can also warm up in the shared sauna or relax by the cosy fireplace.

A little house at the foot of the wonderful Albufera. It has two floors and has a large entrance-dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, covered patio, storage room and outdoor patio. It is located on the road to Perelló, 500 meters from the village beach and 600 meters from Perellonet beach, just cross a bridge. Cullera is also 30 km away. The village has a bus stop to go to Valencia which is 300 meters away, next to the supermarket.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
