Beachfront holiday rental in El Puerto de Santa María

We had an amazing stay. The place was as announced and Ana is a great host. We enjoyed everyday and even got freshly made bread from Ana’s husband, which was just delicious. Thanks also to Manu for the warm welcome and friendly check in. We look forward to come again :)

Great location and parking was only 2 minutes away. Despite the hectic crowds on the street the place was very quiet.

Very nice apartment, equipped with everything (including beach chairs!), small but very well organized (and well-stocked kitchenette) 5 meters from Cadiz beach! The area is full of restaurants and activities of all kinds and for every budget.

A great place for your visit to Sanlucar - right by the beach and an easy walk to the centre of town for the bars and bodegas. Clean and comfortable, and Luisa was always quick to respond to messages.

We loved the place, everything was as expected and more. Beautiful view and just the right location for shopping and eating. I will recommend this location, for all of the above. the host Vanesa was great with rapid response to our questions, she was friendly and helpful.

Enchanted with the house and Isabel. She was attentive at all times and at home there was no lack of detail the location speaks on its own.

Manuel is a very nice guy. We were personally toured as our intro to the place. The room was well-lit but also had the option to be completely shut out. The beach was amazing, we were walking through hundreds of perfectly unbroken shells all over the place. The beach had few people, it felt very private. We found lots of restaurants very close and all very nice. This is really more of a spot for the locals to relax, so it felt really good to be amongst the locals and not in some tourist trap scene. If I get the chance to return, I'd easily come back here again. We did the train down from Madrid to see the scenery and boy, Spain is so much prettier and greener than I expected. We also took the ferry over to Morocco from Tarifa, that was a blast riding a scooter around the city. Manuel was a help the entire time allowing us to reach out the get help on different questions. He was very responsive all the way through. Totally recommend.

First of all, I want to emphasize how charming and attentive Manuel and Ana are. Everything was perfect from the first minute. Communication at all times and quick answers to any questions. The cottage is charming, friendly and cozy. It has everything you can imagine in the surroundings, all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. You can walk quietly through the heart of Rota without having to travel too far given how central the house is :) Do not hesitate to use the parking lot, it is right in front of the house and you are guaranteed peace of mind. Beautiful property, we had everything we needed. easy to get to the beach and bars and restaurants. Mireya was super helpful and quickly assisted us. We would love to come back.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Everything was great, from the host to the last detail of the house. So I can only say that I loved it. Thank you very much for everything

Wonderful apartment, right in front of the beach, close to many restaurants and wineries. Very clean and fully equipped. The Host will always be available to help. On top of that, and without us knowing in advance, the Feria de la Manzanilla was taking place, right next to the apartment. Wonderful

We've had a wonderful time as a family. The house is beautiful, with all the amenities and super well equipped, which has made it a fantastic stay. The house is just like the photos and even better in person! Everything is very clean and just a stone's throw from the beach! And with Susana, communication has been super fluid and very close. We're thinking of repeating it next year! 😊

We spent about 2.5 months in Javier's apartment in Costa Ballena over winter for the sun. Javier is a very caring, friendly and helpful host. We drove to Spain during a natural disaster and he provided safer, alternate routes. He was always very responsive to our questions and any problems we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend Javier as a host! The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. Over winter, many shops are closed, but we loved that Costa Ballena was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, including basic groceries (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, spices, etc.). We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the views of the sea and golf course from the third floor! The heating worked well. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and if something broke, it was quickly repaired. The underground parking was very convenient, but park in the assigned bay!

The house was in an unbeatable location. The facilities matched the description and had everything you needed. Susana was attentive at all times. Highly recommended.

This place is phenomenal. The apartment is huge, very spacious and has everything you need. Lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance and obviously the beach on your doorstip. And the view is even better than the photos, I couldn't rave about it any more highly. Lourdes was an amazing host, she went out of her way to help myself and my parents have a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to return. Also great location for getting into the old town on the bus (stops right outside the door) while also being able to drive in and out of the town without traffic. And having a parking spot is an absolute bonus. Everything was wonderful and it was the perfect end to our trip.

This top floor apartment is fully equipped, clean and spacious and was perfect for our party of three. The local host Nono was very helpful and flexible with arrival and departure times. The parking space was very secure under the building and just big enough for our small SUV (Nissan Juke). All in all an excellent place to stay. Thank you

Great apartment, clean, well presented - looked just like the photos. Very quiet, we appreciated the blinds as they kept the bedroom dark and quiet (in addition to the double glazed windows). The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It is in a central location and very easy walk to the Mercado, super markets and the water front. We had a lovely stay and Susana was very responsive from booking until checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfectly located and had every facility we could have needed. Lovely comfortable bed. And the personal greeting from Jorge was welcoming and informative.

Both the apartment and Manuel were a 10. When I arrived everything was freshly cleaned, the apartment is much more spacious than it looks in the photos, with spectacular views and many amenities. Even before we arrived, Manuel was super attentive and recommended a lot of places in Puerto Real and the surrounding area. I would repeat 100%!

We had a wonderful stay in Cadiz. Claudia was an excellent host, so welcoming, lots of personal touches on arrival and made such an effort to accommodate our 8 month old baby. She gave us loads of recommendations from food to trips we could avail of throughout our stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the main streets and the beach. It is absolutely spotless. There is a lovely little balcony area to sit and watch the world go by. Highly recommend Claudia’s place for anyone looking to experience a stay in the heart of Cadiz.
