The area is a sea of tranquility and many hiking trails can be accessed easily by feet from the house. The house was completely renovated in 2023. A 40/5 mbps Internet connection is available by both WiFi and Ethernet ports for those working remotely. The house is located at 650 m above sea level.

Small and cozy house in Las Indias. Decorated with care to get a comfortable, beautiful and bright space. The interior is divided between the room, and another space where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located, the bathroom completes the interior of the house. From the barbecue, the views towards the neighborhood of Las Indias and the Atlantic Ocean give the feeling that you can almost jump into the water from the terrace.
