It is an amazing place for a quiet, relaxing and tranquil getaway or retreat. I couldn't see myself staying elsewhere to end my vacation with my loved ones in Guatemala. Thank you for being so welcoming, cooperative, and collaborative; given our needs. Your kindness and willingness to assist went beyond our expectations. Please extend our gratitude to Don Jesus, who was very kind and helpful as well. (He made sure the fire place was on before we returned in the evening, we had fresh linen and a clean/sanitized environment daily). If possible, we'd love to stay here next time we visit Guatemala!

This was my second time staying at this location. For views of the volcano and incredible amenities I don't think it can be beat! The host is incredibly friendly and understanding, when we left a jacket behind they made sure it made it to my friend in the community. Finally, if you are into coffee Acatenango has some of the world's best!

Very good weekend stay in this house. We were 6 adults and two kids and everything was great. The pool and lake views are a plus to the spot. Everything was very easy with Elda Judith, who was attentive and gave us a warm stay. Highly recommended for those who want to get away from the city and not drive long distances.

An excellent service and house for relaxing and getting out of the routine, the house is much nicer in person and cozy, and the cleanliness in the house is impeccable was a very good experience.

A very quiet place, super easy to get to. Alex was very attentive, he was always on the lookout.

Loved the house -- yes, you get an entire house with a two-windowed office and big professional glass desk, an upstairs with two bedrooms, a spiral staircase, and views to both volcánes de agua and fuego. Lots of interesting books about art and some on history await you. You enter the property via the lockable big garage style doors common to Guatemala homesteads. Interior from those doors, the plot of land is shared with another house of the hostess, not Emiliano. They weren't there originally but arrived a couple days into my stay along with their playful German shepherd. The coffeemaker stopped working and they replaced it within hours. Very comfortable stay in a beautifull gated community. If you head out of the community, bring your ID and the address of the place to get back in.

A beautiful, cozy place where you can breathe fresh air, serenity, Don Pedro is a very attentive person, we enjoyed making pizza🍕, the spectacular campfire, we spent an unusual weekend, thank you very much for everything. 🙏❤️

A wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the luggage storage as we arrived before check-in time. The grounds are quiet and beautiful. The host was very communicative. Great WiFi.

I loved the place so much I extended. IT's within walking distance to the center yet in a tranquil garden so it feels like being in the countryside while being steps away from the vibrant city.

A beautiful place to rest and enjoy. Removed from all noise perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. Immediate response to any questions or needs. We loved the cabin! If we were cold at night despite being in the summer, but very rich weather in the day and cold at night. We were able to make a bonfire at night where we were attended very well.

The house is very nice and cozy with a beautiful garden. Communication with Carol and César was excellent, they answered our questions and were always attentive. Right next to the property was a plant nursery where we bought nice pots with flowers, they sell them at a super affordable price. My family and I were fascinated with the accommodation and the service received. We would definitely love to return if an opportunity arises in the future.

The house is well comfortable, the rooms are good space, it has all the amenities to feel comfortable and like at home, we were very comfortable for 3 nights.

The place is very good is close to the old one and places to eat and enjoy as a family a field day.
