Loved everything about this place, super walkable to downtown. We went out for a drink and walked right back to our air bnb and always felt safe and close to everything. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home for a week. Very open, spacious, and light. Grounds around the home were spacious and lovely. Comfortable to be inside or outside on a comfortable patio. Very secure and visually private; home and spacious surrounding grounds are inside very high walls with locked walk gate and automobile gate. The spacious home and its lovely exterior grounds all surrounded by high walls with secure gates make it a private enclave. It's directly on Calle Cabo San Lucas. The GPS will try to take you up a hill behind the property where there is no entrance; stay directly on Calle Cabo San Lucas to find the gated entrance. Calle Cabo San Lucas is a very busy street with walking distance restaurants (Mi Casa is great) and only 5 minutes drive to anywhere in downtown Cabo. Some sounds come from the street but mostly muted by the high walls. Traffic dries up at night. Been going to Cabo since 2002. Glad we found Casa Greg this time. We will definitely stay again .

First off, Curtis was a very effective and frequent communicator making sure we had everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable and note that the apartment has condiments like spices, hot sauce etc so no need to buy salt and pepper! Kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was clean and overall nicely styled. Also a/c units throughout to keep place cool if needed. Location wise you will need to uber everywhere so bake that into your budget. Walking into the apartment you do see a beautiful view of the ocean so it is lovely…HOWEVER the patio is built such that the pool is raised to obstruct the ocean view so if you envision sitting on the patio furniture gazing out at the ocean you won’t see it. When sitting down, the pool wall is the predominant feature and obstructs the view. If you standup you can see the ocean but the predominant view becomes the roof of Costco. So just know that going in. Overall nice apartment and well equipped with responsive host.

The apartment is new and very nice. The building's facilities are excellent in general. We've had a couple of minor situations, but nothing urgent, and they were all quickly taken care of by Jessica. We were there with a couple of cousins, who were also delighted; so much so, that they want to return to the same apartment for the holidays at the end of the year. I believe that says it all. The apartment's location is close to but not in front of the building, due to the new roads, which made it a little difficult to arrive, but with Jessica's support we found it without problems

It's conveniently located. Three blocks away from the desert route if you come from the airport. It is a 10-minute walk from the marina. There are restaurants nearby and Oxxo a couple of streets away. The place is comfortable and has everything you need. A good place, no doubt.

Everything was excellent during the stay. Really everything is very close, restaurants, beach, marina, shops, etc, 10 to 15 minutes walking. Very well located and easy to access The room is tidy and clean, has everything you need, TV, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom, all very clean. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay at the place again, I highly recommend it, I loved it. My stay was 3 nights and everything was excellent without any problems.

Diana was a great host who was friendly and always quick to respond. We have a little one and she provided essential baby amenities and even included fun beach toys and bouncy balls. The location was a quick drive to downtown or Médano beach. The beach access through The Riu is from 9am-6pm, outside of those times you have to drive to beach access. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as they’re not part of the included amenities — everything else you could need is there! Would stay here again.

WoW. ! I was thoroughly impressed with this place, which far exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was exceptional with every area, including the living room, bathrooms, and even the kitchen was spotless clean. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home, The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning patio view, which offered a picturesque view of the sea, specially in the early morning hours. I will definitely be back......

10/10 stay! This place is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views and matches the pictures. The location was super convenient and close to everything. There is a grocery store right next to the place that is 24 hrs also. You are also close to restaurants and close to downtown, the marina, etc. It's a very safe place. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent, Catalina's communication was very good, the apartment is more than beautiful, extremely comfortable in every way and we felt safe and happy at all times, the place is very clean and with all the amenities and in an excellent location, we will definitely return.

Eric’s place was perfect for my wife and I for the 8 days we were there. We absolutely love the Terrasol resort property! It is very safe and quiet but super close to downtown and all the craziness of Cabo! We are definitely going back many times!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location was a little outside the tourist area but not too far. They provided more condiments and supplies than most places do. There are two pools on the property so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time and if you love watching sporting events there is a sporting facility right across the street with events most nights but don’t worry it is not loud or disruptive.

Omg. This space is absolutely beautiful. You have an incredible view of the marina. There are many restaurants in walking distance. The room had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean and exactly as the pictures. I wish we could have stayed here longer and wouldn’t have mind to spent the whole vacation staying in this room, but we had some points to use up. Landon was incredible. He was extremely responsive even until I landed in Cabo and was catching an uber. He also sent a lot of recommendations which we were able to try some! This is one of my best Airbnb experiences yet. Thank you so much!!!

Hands down one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Beautiful condo, friendly staff, grounds very well maintained and general location was wonderful! Jeff was super helpful and we appreciated the ease of check in after a long travel day. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a lot! The view was spectacular. Such a beautiful place and we miss it already.

This place was very clean, great, and very good location. I communicated with Estefania, she was great at communicating with me anything that was needed she was willing to respond and give information in nice time as well. I would book again, definitely recommend this beautiful place!
