This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
