We really enjoyed the stay, great location, cozy atmosphere, helpful hosts, magnificent view (eleventh floor facing the Guaíba River), convenience in the surroundings with everything you need. Everything is perfect and faithful to the advertisement. The bedding is impeccably fragrant, and the quality bath towels are equally clean. There's even a hair dryer, which the ad doesn't show. The owner leaves soap and toilet paper, which makes it a lot easier. Another point that was essential is that the air conditioning also becomes a heater, which was essential for the cold days. The shower is warm, a delight!

Great apartment, complete kitchen of utensils also helped a lot during the weekend. Great location next to a market and plenty of dining and cafes.

Paulo was a great host. Always assisting us quickly and satisfactorily. The apto was according to the photos and description, the location is excellent. It is close to everything, restaurants, bakeries, markets, fair, Parque da Redenção... the neighborhood is very busy and safe. I would be staying at this home again.

The apartment is exactly as described, all the utensils I needed were available, the rooms and all the items were very clean. The atmosphere is very cozy, I felt at home. Joao is a very flexible host and always willing to help the guest. He kindly provided us with early check-in. This is a well-equipped apartment located in a modern building close to numerous amenities such as hospitals, pharmacies, shopping, supermarket, parks, restaurants… despite having parking I think it will be difficult for you to use the car because you can go to these places walking. In addition to the excellent location, the building has a swimming pool, 24-hour concierge, fitness center, laundry and the apartment is very comfortable. The air-conditioning works very well. In addition, the apartment is well lit and has Netflix, Amazon Prime, a washing machine…in short, all the facilities to have a comfortable and safe stay. Thank you João!

This airbnb is amazing, it has a wonderful / cinematic view of Guaiba! The hosts are very helpful and respond promptly, always very solicitous. We recommend that you shop before going to Airbnb because the nearest market is about 2.5 km from the residence, so if you don't want to go back and forth wasting time with it, it is interesting that you already make a good purchase! Everything else is perfect, a cozy and welcoming place.

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.

The apartment is fantastic. Very well located! It is close to everything, has great options for restaurants, pharmacies and markets. It is very close to the airport and you can do most of what you need on foot! Access to the apartment is very easy, everything automated through facial recognition. No bureaucracy, everything just works as it should! The apartment is very well decorated and has everything you need to spend the days. I can say with confidence that it was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever rented. If I ever return to Porto Alegre, I will definitely stay here!

Simply perfect the stay. Exactly as in the photos, if not even more beautiful in person. Super well-equipped, beautiful view, centralized location. Extremely clean linens and towels. Communication with Lucas was super easy, making him an excellent host. We will definitely return 10/10
