This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

New Remodel! Peaceful Studio in Boulder's exclusive Spanish Hills. Estate has gorgeous views, only 5 mins to Louisville's restaurants & shops, 15 mins to central Boulder 28th & Pearl. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time. Rent is discounted 50% as the Airbnb is finished but the landscaping is mid-process. NO smoking anywhere on property, no pets, no children under 18

Nima was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. My flight was delayed and I arrived later than planned, but that wasn't a problem. I was able to check in without any problems, and my room was clearly marked with a welcome sign. :D The space has everything you need, including a kitchen with all the utensils and even some things (coffee, a wide selection of tea, crackers, etc.) to share. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the bathroom, despite being shared, was always clean and spacious. I recommend it 100%. Thanks Nima

I loved staying with Cairole, she is brilliant. The space was super comfy and clean. The room is perfectly appointed. The window blinds made for a great sleep and the flowers outside them were wonderful to wake to. The shower was very nice and clean with great pressure. It was easy to share the bathroom. The cupboards were stocked with extra toiletries, towels and bottled water. The fridge and microwave were perfect for a stash of deli food, yogurt, fruits and drinks to get me through the weekend. There is a lot of nearby open space to enjoy with views of the mountains and fields. I was able to be well rested, refreshed and recharged for the event I attended. My favorite part was my conversations with Cairole, her intellect and spirituality left me feeling uplifted and inspired, she was so generous in her conversations with me. The hosts are very experienced and give you lots of independence and freedom while maintaining a safe, calm and clean space. I would love to stay again! Thanks!

Kathryn was very helpful and had friendly conversations. It was very easy to get in touch with her. The facilities were very good, the refrigerator, and microwave are in great conditions. We had clean sheets and towels. In summary, we had an excellent experience at her home!!!
