Holiday rentals with a patio in Elis

Our host was super nice and incredibly welcoming, she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived! Her kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay special. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here and we’d love to come back!

This airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We fell in love with the views and the kitty’s that walk around and come say hi. If I ever return to Zakynthos I will book this Airbnb again

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

We had such a great time at this Airbnb in Zakynthos! The place was super clean and even had a cleaning service come by during our stay – which was a nice touch. The location is perfect – really central and close to restaurants, beaches, and all the main sights. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. He welcomed us with some water and a snack (so thoughtful!) and gave us lots of great tips for places to eat and things to see around the island. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

clean, respectful and wasy

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and his father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay were much appreciated (especially water and grapes!). The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is convenient for walking to all the services and points of interest in the area, in particular the nearby beach where sea turtles lay their eggs.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s wonderful place! It looks just like the pictures. And she is very sweet and full of energy and recommendations!

It was beautiful and heartwarming. The garden, the reception, the studio, the location near the beach. So beautiful everything. A big 10.

Despite being located in a very lively neighborhood at night, the apartment is not disturbed by noise given the sheltered position from the main street. The house is simply gorgeous. There is a garden in front of the veranda that makes everything even more pleasant. The host Dionisis is very friendly and kind. He brought us fresh bread more than once, as well as products from his garden. We were also allowed to postpone the checkout by a few hours, which is not a given. An experience we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making me feel welcome. The accommodation was peaceful, providing a perfect place to relax. At the same time, it was conveniently located, allowing easy access to various places. I would recommend it.

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! Amazing villa and Maria was lovely and so helpful. We were allowed to drop-off our bags due to our early flight time and Maria gave us lots of recommendations and helped us with taxis. The Villa itself was spotless and had everything we wanted. Would recommend having your own transport if you wish you see more of the island.

We loved our stay at Kanela's House! It was perfect for a family stay. The route to the house, while not typical, was a charming walk. If you're not familiar with Dimitsana, take note that there are several areas in the town that you can park and walk from there. None of them are far.... maybe an extra 5 minutes walk to the street that takes you up to the house. Eleni, the host, always got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

Quiet place, a few minutes walk to the town center. Good view of the Harbour. Leisure moments with facilities where we can dine and chat outside the house.

This vacation was genuinely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The hosts are not just great hosts, they are truly amazing people. I am never the type of person to leave reviews, but the hospitality that my family and I received here was something I’ve never experienced. This will forever be the place I stay when visiting the island. It’s a rather private place, and within a 5 minute drive from the main strip. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Located away from the city center, but in great proximity, this rental is ideal for enjoying Zakinthos. the apartment was very clean and well-equipped. No complaints, address to remember that we recommend for 2 or 3 people.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed it very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

The house was clean and exactly as it appears, the hostess was very helpful and willing to find us cruises to see the island. He let us stay longer as he had no reservation on the day we were leaving so he made the schedule flexible. She had welcome coffees and breakfasts that were not included in the amenities, and she was willing to answer any questions we had. She also had shower gels and hair masks in both bathrooms. All I would like is for one of the three air conditioners to work a little better because it did not produce very cold air, however we were covered by the two other air conditioners of the house

This place is the best deal in Zacharo! It is well above what one would expect to find in terms of its location and comfort level. The apartment is SQUEAKY clean. All appliances, furniture, decorative items, bedding, etc. look and feel brand-new. You can tell this home was built and decorated by loving hands; everything down to the smallest detail has been considered by the host. The house is fully equipped for everything one needs to have not just a good stay, but a super comfortable stay (just a couple of examples --> a very good washing machine and new air conditioning units in every room!). The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one would want to have. The fridge had some welcoming presents: juices, beers, ouzo, wine, cold water; we also had coffee in the pantry. The outside space is very cozy and has romantic lighting at night; it has a great view of the town's church and red roofs of neighboring houses. The condominiums face a nice green lawn (a rarity in Greece!) and a beautiful olive tree garden. The space is beautifully decorated with planted flowers. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the house offers privacy despite being located very close to the center of Zacharo (5-minute walk to a great bakery and sweets shop Gourgoulis). The hosts are very friendly, warm, and kind. We had fun talking with the entire family. We will be glad to return to this home again and again, and encourage all of our friends and people looking at this listing to stay at Paul's place. P.S. There is also a covered garage space (not mentioned in the description); and the territory is gated at night.

You can't imagine a more beautiful accommodation. The two are enchanting, flexible, so hospitable, fulfill every wish and are always available. Thank you for the wonderful time on the enchanting island!!
