We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

Sit around our campfire and enjoy stargazing. Crystal clear Elk Lake access is just a short 5 minute walk away.

2 bedroom fully furnished creekside vacation home @ KOTI.  Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape-- in a prime location that offers easy access to local attractions such as Lake Michigan beaches, wineries, golf courses, and much more. The Traverse Area Recreational Trail (TART) crosses Acme Creek and passes directly through the property. The TART (walking, biking, etc.) connects you to Traverse City and all the way up to Suttons Bay.
