Welcome to our cottage on the lake! We renovated this home through the spring of '18 and are so thrilled to have it ready for you! Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. The retreat is perfectly located on Elk Lake (CLEAR LAKE AND SANDY BOTTOM) with private lakefront access with a BEACH and all the amenities you’ll need. This property is completely fenced in, so kids can enjoy the playground, beach, and yard games. Kayaks, paddle boards and a giant lily pad are available at no extra cost. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards.
