Welcome to Hocking - a peaceful suburb approximately 25kms north of the beautiful city of Perth. This single storey home offers you access to all amenities and plenty of sleeping space - 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has built-in wardrobes. An ensuite bathroom is off the main bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower is shared by other guests. This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.
