I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a thoughtful welcome goodie bag, which made the experience feel extra special. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept getaway!

Quaint wonderful place filled with nearly every cooking need -even a carton of local eggs! Also Anne’s love of healthy and natural products was evident through shampoos, hand creams, and the like for our use. Finally Anne was so responsive to every question or need, usually within a minute! We will return. Please know that Google gps wrongly stated that Anne’s address was across the road where a school sits.

Very clean place to stay, in the middle of nowhere to be disconnected. We liked the location near lake Minnewaska and it had plenty of good restaurants nearby. Great value for the stay, I would stay again if I'm visiting Accord again!

This was the best AIRBNB I've stayed at! Margarette and family were friendly, quick to respond and just delightful people. The house was fully equipped. They thought of everything! Everything exceeded my expectations. We cannot wait to go back.
