Such a perfect location for a weekend in new paltz and the views from the patio/hot tub are absolutely spectacular. Ami was a great host!

We had a lovely stay at Ann Marie’s place. It’s just like the pictures, and she absolutely deserves her super host rating! She was friendly and incredibly responsive, provided recommendations for the area, and told us everything we needed to know. The place was clean and stocked with all sorts of extra amenities you don’t usually find with Airbnb (snacks, travel toiletries, extra towels, hotel bathrobes, wrapped chocolate by the bed, water/milk/juice in the fridge, and more). We had a lovely swim in the pool and enjoyed wandering around Beacon and surrounding area. We would love to come back! Thank you so much, Ann Marie!

Beautiful property and unique farmhouse. The grounds were well kept and Whitney was welcoming and accommodating. We sipped coffee in the garden terrace in the mornings and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evenings. Highly recommend, wonderful spot!

This was a great place to stay to be able to check out New Paltz and the surrounding area. Justin was very responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The place was so cute and clean and organized!

This is a great home. The decor is inviting, the kitchen is spacious, and the backyard has a great view. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet too.

We enjoyed being in a walkable area with plenty of things to do and place for food and entertainment.

It was absolutely beautiful - the renovation of the space was impeccable. They achieved the trickiest thing to do of maintaining the historic charm while adding modern amenities and comfort! I stayed there with my 2 year old and it was perfect. And the neighborhood is lovely so walkable and charming...bonus, we met the neighborhood squirrel across the street that was the sweetest neighbor. It was street parking but it was fine even at the busy time of day which surprisingly wasn't after 5 pm, but midday-ish. There are small businesses on the block operating out of historic buildings...I think this was the reason for midday busyness. But even with that, all good. WONDERFUL STAY! Will 100% come back. Loved it!

Laurie’s house was super clean. The bed was comfortable and parking was easy. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. An incredible house and even more kind, generous and helpful host

David's place was a perfect accommodation for our family group of 7 people! We could walk across the street to the Full Circle for dinner or breakfast baked goods and coffee. the house has a wonderful yard work firepower (which unfortunately the rain prevented us from using. ) the yard is perfect for active kids who love to run around and explore. The location is also perfect for access to local wineries and to Minnewaska State Park. Thank you so much David!!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

We were extremely pleased with Shinto and his house. The house and the surrounding area were more beautiful than the pictures could capture. Shinto was a very accommodating and I couldn’t ask for a better host. Will definitely be returning asap!

Limor and Sunny's home was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect for families and on beautiful land. They provided a guidebook with everything you could have possibly asked for, and additionally, were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We traveled as a big group, and Limor and Sunny were more than accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much. Would definitely love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home over the weekend! Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish — Erika were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. The house itself is cozy, beautiful, and truly feels like it was built and cared for with love. Every detail, from the décor to the layout, made our family feel comfortable and right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming getaway!

Edward’s place was an excellent stay for my husband and I and our two young daughters. We had plenty of space and everything was clean and comfortable. Edward was a great host, reaching out before check-in and greeting us upon arrival to show us around, give us the lay of the land, and even recommend a few local spots. There were guests in the other, separate houses, but we had plenty of quiet and privacy. The rainbow swing behind the main house, which Edward said we could use, was a huge hit with my daughters. Surrounding area is great; tons of restaurants and activities within a very short drive. We’d love to stay here again—next time, we’d want to explore more of the property as Edward said we could do (unfortunately rainy weather kept us from more than a short walk).

We spent a wonderful long weekend in the cabin and could have easily stayed longer. Everything was super clean, and the cabin is cozy and tastefully decorated, lots of books and no clutter. Both the soaker bathtub and the walk-in shower were great. We only used the king size bed and it was very comfortable. All bedrooms feel bright and airy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, including some basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. Minnewaska State Park and several rail trails are nearby. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the frogs and would definitely come back!

Nothing bad to say about the place! Loved the pools and hotub!

Paul's place was just as described. My husband and I had difficulty figuring out the thermostat and he was quick to reply to our request for help. The pool and hot tub were great! Very comfortable bed.

It is a great location, with plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. The unit was quiet, clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a week long stay. The owner was very responsive to any query, and I did not have any issues with the unit during my stay. I'd work with Henry again for a future stay in Vernon, NJ.

I had a great stay at Fabiola’s place! The room was very clean and had a fresh, pleasant smell. The townhome is located in a beautiful, green community that feels peaceful and well-maintained. It’s also super convenient—everything you need is just a short drive away. Fabiola is a thoughtful and welcoming host, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Came up from NYC for a chill weekend and the place was perfect. Peaceful with amazing views — exactly what we needed to relax. The room was clean and just like the photos, and all the amenities were great. Would definitely come back!

Gerry’s place was a great, quiet stay for us. Close by to Kaaterskill and many other Catskill mountain attractions. Gerry was great at communicating and went out of his way to be helpful with our checkout procedures. I would definitely stay here again!
