Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The high-quality furnished 120 square meter apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. All bedrooms have cozy 1.80 m double beds, one is equipped with two beds. In the living room you will find a large dining area for 6 people as well as a cozy seating area with a sofa and large 50-inch smart TV.

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. We offer in a newly built family house a 40 sqm apartment in the air spa town of Wolfegg, suburb of Molpertshaus, in an idyllic, pre-alpine location. Molpertshaus is located 6 km from the spa town Bad Waldsee and 9 km from the spa town Bad Wurzach. The Tower of Towers and Gates of Ravensburg is 19 km away, while the town of Wangen in Allgäu is 25 km away. The distance to Lindau am Bodensee and Friedrichshafen is 45 km.

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
