The studio has its own entrance, and it is not accessible from the rest of the house. It is a 5-minute walk to the vibrant Ellerslie Village, with cafés, restaurants, bars and shops. There, you can catch regular trains and buses into Auckland CBD, Auckland Airport and other parts of the city. If you're driving, the Southern Motorway is 5 mins away. It has a large bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchenette, workspace, TV, Fast Wi-Fi and a verandah to relax on. Parking is available on request.
